What skin types are AELISSE products suitable for?
All our products are FDA-approved and suited for all skin types.
However, we still recommend for you to do a skin test prior to initial use.
Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We are only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on aelisse.com, our official Shopee store and authorized resellers.
We are not able to process returns, exchanges or assist with orders not placed through these official selling points.
Can I sell AELISSE products on my own?
We do have a reseller program, please register on our re-seller page or you may email us at email@example.com.

Where does AELISSE ship?
AELISSE currently ships all over The Philippines. We work with our external delivery partners to get you your products wherever you are in the country, as fast as possible.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once we receive your orders, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. You will then get a notification email with your shipment details.
Given the pandemic, you might experience some delay. But usually, shipping will take about 5-7 working days.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.
We process your orders as quick as possible but we will do our best to address your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
After a successful order, you will get a notification email with your shipment details.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code per order.
If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also have a promo code, we will apply the higher discount.
How can I cancel an order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash On Delivery, bank transfer, G-Cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, please email email@example.com your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return.
We only accept sealed and un-used products.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Apologies if you received a product different from what you ordered.
